Workshop: Make your own Herbal Remedies

Join us on a Sunday afternoon to learn how to make your own herbal remedies from medicinal plants. We begin by learning the principles of blending herbs into a balanced herbal tea, creating a tea blend together as a practical example. Then we prepare an extraction, known as a tincture, using yarrow, exploring how different extraction methods capture different properties of plants.
