We begin with simple breathing and body-awareness exercises, gradually opening the way towards your natural voice and exploring how it can be used as a healing modality, for yourself and for others. Our natural voice is the voice that emerges when we let go of aesthetic ideals, expectations, and societal norms about how a voice “should” sound. Getting in touch with our natural voice can be deeply enjoyable, while at the same time vitalizing and regenerating for our body, mind and soul. There is also something profoundly unifying about meeting one another through our natural voices. When combined with clear and loving intention, the voice can become a bridge through which healing energy can flow to wherever it is needed.
